Shipping Information: We are located in North Georgia. We require a 2-3 day processing time from when the order is received by us. All orders are shipped via UPS ground service and that shipping charges are based on dimensional weight or real weight (whichever is greater). The number of delivery days is based on the number of business days following the day of shipment (not including Saturday, Sunday, or holidays). This approximation may vary, and weather-related delays are not subject to refunds or adjustments. We do offer APO, FPO but only on certain items that list this in the product description. All other product is shipped UPS Ground and only to the Continental United States. Once orders are shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include your UPS tracking number.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Occasionally, there are products that are not usable due to manufacturers' defects. Our policies reguarding these situations are as follows:

• Credit for the merchandise will be applied to your account, minus shipping charges, upon return of the merchandise.

• Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

• Credit will not be issued for products that are misused or improperly packaged for returns.

• Damaged merchandise due to shipping will require customer claim with UPS.

Substitutions:

Sweet & Sassy will make every effort to fill each Gift Basket order exactly as shown/described, however, in the event we are out of stock on any item we reserve the right to make substitutions of equal or greater value without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be offered due to substitutions.
